Living

The cosy living room has a comfortable corner sofa and a fabulous hot pink chesterfield sofa. There is also a 50” Smart Tv with Netflix. For those rainy days there is a
selection of board games, books and colouring in for the kids and adults too!
There is a modern wood burner set in a beautiful French surround. The room also has underfloor heating. The living room leads into the kitchen through pocket doors.

Eating

This house is designed for socialising.
The living room leads into the kitchen through pocket doors which can be open to create a large open plan area with the living room and kitchen or closed if the kids want to watch TV. There is huge bi-fold doors that completely opens up so you can have an indoor outdoor area which leads onto a beautiful secluded patio and garden.
In the kitchen there is an amazing 300 year old oak slab table which seats 9-10 and a breakfast bar with further seating. There also is two comfy sofas and a 43” Tv with Netflix . There is a fully equipped modern minimalist kitchen with beautiful Corian worktops and a built in copper sink.
All appliances are integrated and they include a massive fridge and freezer, smeg induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large wine cooler, two ovens, warming drawer and best of all a built-in coffee machine.



Sleeping

All five bedrooms are modern and minimalist in design. All with king size beds,
luxurious mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedding. They all have floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes with internal drawers. Three of the bedrooms have beautiful en suites.
Two bedrooms have Juliet balconies that open up to look over the garden and patio area.

Bedroom 1 King size bed with en suite, 43”Tv and Juliet balcony.
Bedroom 2 King size bed and sofa bed, en suite, 43”Tv and Juliet balcony.
Bedroom 3 King size bed, bunk beds.
Bedroom 4 Super king bed or this can be separated into 2 twins and cot.
Bedroom 5 King size bed with en suite, and french doors.



Bathing

There are three en suites with walk-in showers, beautiful Corian sinks and underfloor heating.
The downstairs en ensuite is wheelchair accessible. In the family bathroom there's a freestanding bath, shower enclosure and beautiful views over the countryside.
On the ground floor there is also a cloakroom toilet and sink.

Outside

There is a huge patio area that wraps around the side of the house with steps leading down into the beautiful south facing garden. And set within the old stable courtyard there is a raised decking area which has a luxurious south facing hot tub that seats 6. There is an outdoor dining table and a big corner sofa.There is also a BBQ. We also have a kids climbing frame to keep the little ones busy while you relax.
The property has a gated drive which can fit four cars.
As we're in the heart of the forest you usually get donkeys looking over the gate.
