Ideal for 4/6 guests, the 100 square meter apartment consists of a living area and kitchen with a large vaulted ceiling, two double bedrooms, a study with a sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower. WIFI in all rooms.

Great Place To Stay
In the center of everywhere you need to be in Florence. Having a lift was a plus as most places that we stayed in before didn’t have it. The property was clean and well maintained. Nothing really to complain about, they just need to update the check out time on VRBO. It says check out is 11am but the local guest instructions says 10am. Not a big deal for us but I’d like to mention it so it would be updated for future guests. Will book this place again next time we come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed being so close to everything . An English speaking church was just beside us . A wonderful restaurant directly across the via. Our accommodations were perfect. Loved the decor . Fabulous apartment!
Spacious and recently renovated apartment on a charming and quiet street in the heart of the Florence. We walked everywhere we wanted to go within 15 minutes. Seriously one of the best VRBO apartments we’ve stayed at. Great value!

Great location but otherwise disappointing
The location for the apartment is terrific, close to Uffuzi, Ponte Vecchio, Oltarno, etc, however practical elements of the place were very disappointing. My brother was arriving by train from Milan so we were unable to give owner an exact time of arrival. They had planned to arrive around 4p as indicated. Owner acted annoyed he had to wait for their arrival. There were no instructions for turning on the hot water, nor a list with restaurant recommendations. No dryer and no where really to dry clothes. Extremely limited amenities (4 pods for coffee for a week and no idea where to buy more, no laundry detergent, no wash cloths). Instructions indicated we were to gather trash and take it across the Ponte Vecchio to specific dumpsters! I would not recommend this VRBO
