There is a fully equipped kitchen with a room where you find the washing machine and the dryer. This villa is decorated in a modern style .

EXTERIOR: It has a plot of 800m2, with a kept garden with palm trees, other trees and plants. The outdoor terrace has garden furniture, sunbeds and a shady area where is the barbecue. The pool is located on the outdoor terrace at the same level as the house.

LOCATION : Located in a quiet area of high standing in Benissa. 15 minutes driving from the Mediterranean Sea and all services.
