Cosy, comfortable house "Sus". 1 km from the centre of Moraira, in a sunny position in the residential district, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: property 830 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular, fenced (depth 150 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Barbecue. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
