There are 2 private parking spaces for each property and its position overlooking St Ives Bay gives stunning sea and harbour views. Set in beautiful and well maintained gardens, it is ideal for both families and couples, having safe areas for children to play, and sunny spots for adults to relax. The apartment has been refurbished since purchase in 2018 and is tastefully decorated. The apartment is on the first floor. There is a bright, open plan lounge and dining area, with stunning panoramic views across St Ives bay and harbour, there is a separate fully fitted Kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. At ground level there is large terrace, perfect for eating al fresco. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with shower & wc, the second bedroom has twin beds, the third bedroom has a single bed. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. There is free Broadband and smart TV available at the apartment.

Excellent views and lovely apartment
We had an amazing week. Extra towels were provided at my request, due to not having room to pack any with a family of five. The apartment is lovely. Lots of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, it was perfect for us. The steps back home from the town are not for the faint hearted, but it gets better every day with plenty of practice. Would stay here again.

Komfortabel, sauber, praktisch und zum Wohlfühlen
Im 1. OG gelegen ist die Wohnung gut zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist vor der Tür und dann muss man sich wenigstens darüber keine Gedanken machen, denn parken ist in Saint Ives so eine Sache. Daher zunächst dazu: direkt vor der Tür befindet sich der großeCar Park von dem man aus direkt per Bus Shuttle in die Innenstadt fahren kann für ein 1,50 £. In der Innenstadt von st. Ives ist es parken fast unmöglich zu parken und direkt nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Fußweg, mit dem man innerhalb von 5 Minuten runter in die Stadt laufen kann. allerdings hoch laufen ist nur für sportliche Gemüter und ist auch nicht Kinderwagen und Rollstuhl geeignet wegen der Treppen. Die Wohnung selbst ist bestens ausgestattet. Zwar ohne Balkon, aber mit einer tollen Aussicht über die Bay. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war mein Highlight, denn selten findet man so viel Küchenequipment wie hier. Alle Utensilien waren vollständig und gut erhalten und funktional und man fand eigentlich mehr, als man erwartet hat. Es ist tatsächlich eine der bestausgestatteten Küche, die ich in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt hab. Es gibt eine Kladde, in der sämtliche Betriebsanleitung sind, die wir auch nutzen mussten, weil die Geräte sich nicht alle von selbst erklären. Der Kontakt zu Scott war immer nett und problemlos und gut organisiert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur breit empfehlen. Mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern und der Ausstattung kann man sich dort wohl fühlen.
