This lovely apartment is part of a fine Edwardian building conveniently located in the heart of  Southwold  and just a stones throw away from the sandy beach, with its colourful beach huts and iconic pier.
It is a few steps away from the famous Adnams kitchen, cafe and wine store where you can purchase fine wines, Champagne and Adnams beer and enjoy a delicious  lunch whilst sitting in the spacious courtyard.
Southwold, a traditional coastal town is famous for its pastel coloured beach huts, fishing boats and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs. .

Extractor fan, mirror and shaver point. Entertainment: 46" Samsung flat screen TV with Freeview, Samsung DVD player, X-box console with two handheld controllers, two steering wheels with pedals. Phillips music station WAS700, books, board games. Sony alarm clock/radio in both bedrooms, one with ipod/iphone dock. Outside: paved courtyard garden. Garden furniture.Bike storage (shared).
