Comfortable 25 sqm studio apartment on the ground floor, inserted in a lovely private courtyard in the heart of the island of Ortigia behind the monumental temple of Apollo and close to the ancient market within walking distance. Despite the small size, the apartment, recently renovated, is equipped with all comforts to ensure a pleasant stay; kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher and induction hob, water boiler and espresso machine.
The apartment is next to the Talete car park which is easily accessible on foot.
