Completely renovated and luxurious apartment with two spacious bedrooms and fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. The apartment is centrally located and only a 10 minute walk from the beautiful white sandy beach of Port d'Aculdia. The beach of Port d´Alcudia is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. You enter the apartment in the fully equipped, new kitchen with dining area. Also a light living room with comfortable furniture and a fantastic view of the surroundings and the Mediterranean Sea. From the living room access to a spacious balcony again with 180 degrees view of the sea, the surroundings and the large communal swimming pool. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, both with luxury box spring beds, a built-in wardrobe for all clothing, swimming trunks and bikinis. A nice bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Of course WiFi internet and air conditioning are available.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price and you do not have to worry about a pool towel for at the swimming pool. If you deliver the apartment neat and clean, you do not pay extra for final cleaning.

In addition to the large swimming pool, the complex has a tennis court, indoor football field, laundry, library and reception with concierge.

Port d'Alcudia is a nice place where you can walk, eat, shop, go out and of course swim in the clear blue Mediterranean sea. Good restaurants abound and all high lights can be reached on foot or by bike.
