Excellent Visit
We enjoyed every thing about this property. Location was perfect for access to the parkway and all restaurants and attractions in Pigeon Forge. House was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and seeing the ducks, geese, herons and other wildlife. Very peaceful directly on the river. Will be back next year.

Beware of property management
Got in late night in middle of a nasty storm and we were on motorcycles. Could not find property, called late night number. She tried to get us there but the houses are back off the road with markings you cant see in daylight let alone at night. Had to pull into SEVERAL driveways with the Harleys waking up the whole neighborhood. Finally had to walk thru the yards to find property. Looking and feeling like drowned rats were atleast looking forward to the hottub...NOPE. Water was cold and it had no power. Next morning I found the fuse box got power back on, so atleast the 2nd night we would have the hottub waiting on us after riding in the mountains all day...NOPE. The water was up to temp but the jets would only circulate like they do when not in use. So called the office the 3rd morning hoping to have the hottub atleast ONE of our 3 nights...NOPE. "Its not really a hot tub, but a circulating tub, that's the only way the jets work" WHAT ????? We spent alot of extra money for that hottub at the end of our days of riding. Word to renters....beware. Word to the property owners...find a new management for your property.
