On the mezzanine floor there is the living area composed of: kitchen-dining room and sitting area with sofa from which a part of the sea is overlooked (as in binoculars). Also on this level is the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and an independent exit to the beach from the alley, which includes a built-in wardrobe and a closet where to lay out the laundry; in the basement there is a second living room with desk, television and a sofa. On this level there is a second double bedroom with bathroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a television and an equipped kitchen.
