Location, Location!! We are 5 mins to beautiful downtown Sarasota & St. Armand's Circle and only 2.5 miles to Siesta Key! Rated the #1 Beach in the US!

Our house has all the charm of a Florida cottage, NY loft and northern charm with wood floors & fireplace! 1 mile to Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Cine-bistro theater, Phillipi Oyster Bar & Restaurant and Phillipi Boat Marina.

Owner airport pick up available upon request, if 2 week notice is given.

Free WIFI.

The property consist of the main house and a detached house. The main house comfortably sleeps 8 and the detached house comfortably sleeps 4. The detached house is available to parties of 8+. An additional fee if $10 per person per night is charged for every guest over 8. Please notate the total number of guests so upon arrival housekeeping can be sure to provide the proper amount of towels and linens for additional guests.

A dining room table is available, but many previous guest did not need/want it since the kitchen island is so large and offers seating. The table is kept in the large guest room. Also, for large gathering (ie. Thanksgiving) three 8 ft tables have been brought in to comfortably seat up to 24.

This house has been added on to a million times. I would say no more than 6 people should plan to stay here. The air quality in two of the “bedrooms” was so bad that I didn’t feel right about having my kids sleep in them. The chairs around the table were wobbly. One bathtub was actually painted. And the paint was chipping in bathtub. It seemed dirty. The other shower didn’t drain properly. Beds were flimsy. And due to traffic, it took nearly 30 mins to get to the beach. You get what you pay for.

This place is the cutest and the owners were great!
Besides being cute, this place was very clean and had plenty of towels/beach towels to use. The owners were quick to respond to questions we had throughout our stay, as well. This place is perfect for multiple families and families with young children. The back yard was perfect for the kids. The house does have a couple different step downs throughout (not big ), which could be challenging for the elderly, but we all loved and enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful stay
We had two families with 5 kids ranging from 6-12. The kids loved the playground and the outside bunk bed room. I loved that there were towels, toiletries, common kitchen spices, trash bags and hand soaps available. You were very quick with your response especially when we had some trouble with the cold shower water and it was fixed immediately. The renovation that you have made to the home is absolutely beautiful!!! I would say the only thing we missed was a pool on site. One change we would suggest would be add a bathroom to the right side of the house (thought it was odd that all bathrooms were on one side of the house) Thank you again for an amazing stay. We would certainly consider staying again in the future.

We've been hosting on multiple sites since 2016. You will enjoy our newly renovated kitchen, it's a great place for family gatherings- as is our large, oversized living room!
Our yard is fully fenced in, so you can lets the kids or small pets roam around.
