Bootham Luxury Apartments is a new top-quality development of a Grade 2 listed Georgian building, located in quiet, tree-lined Bootham Terrace; a prime location close to York City Centre.
Permit parking for one car (provided free) is available on the street, and access to the building is via three shallow steps.
York Minster is less than a 10-minute walk, on the flat, with the historic city centre just beyond.
York Railway Station is also an easy 10-minute walk, across the river, via the newly upgraded Scarborough Bridge.

Bootham Luxury Apartments Flat 2 is our gorgeous one-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of this historic building. Entering the apartment, you will find a comfortable lounge area, with a luxury interior. We've provided a large sofa, that can be made into a super-king-size bed, providing ample space for two extra guests to sleep comfortably if required. The lounge also offers a Smart TV and high-speed free Wi-Fi for your stay.
The spacious bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury furnishings, hotel quality bed linen and towels for your use, and provides the perfect space for you to rest after a day exploring our beautiful city. A hairdryer and ironing facilities are also provided.
The stylish, fully equipped kitchen area is complete with an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave for your use. All the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a simple meal are provided. A dining area for four guests is provided, in which you can enjoy a home-cooked meal.
The stylish, modern bathroom contains a walk-in shower.

Trip to York
This was our 4th stay in theses wonderful appartments although we normally stay in Appartment no 3 for the Christmas Market. A really home from home. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment within easy walking distance to Minster
Large one-bedroom apartment ideal for longer stays like ours (2 weeks). Perhaps needed a few more items (eg toilet paper) for people staying a longer time but, then again, we didn't ask for any more! All other facilities provided including good cooking facilities, instant hot water and plenty of linen.

Spacious apartment
Myself and my boyfriend had a great 2 night stay here. The apartment is a really great size and very comfortable. Has everything you need and has been tastefully decorated. It is in a great location and you can walk to the minster in under 10 minutes and into the city through the museum gardens which is lovely. The on street parking permit was brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone visitng.

Lovely apartment. Excellent location. 10 minute walk to the centre of York. Sainsburys close by. Added bonus of free parking. One suggestion is it could do with an outside light at front door as doorway in total darkness at night, making it difficult to see the door lock.

What a lovely break!
We had the most lovely stay here, we will absolutely be returning to York and to this property. The company were brilliant to deal with from the second we booked the apartment. It was a brilliant stay. The apartment was stunning and very well thought through, easy walking distance into York city centre too.

Our 2nd stay in a great place
My second stay here - very cozy and comfy and short walk to the city center as well as the train station. Spacious living room allows you to work, and stretch out and quiet bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Large kitchen where you can cook is stocked with plenty of utensils and tea. A perfect home base.

Beautiful apartment
This is a beautiful apartment within easy walking distance of York centre. We didn’t use the kitchen, apart from the kettle but it seemed to have everything you need. We had no issues during our stay. The sitting room, in particular has been decorated really well, with comfortable chairs and a useful expandable table.
