King Charles Cottage is a mid-terrace cottage situated in the centre of the village of Broadwindsor, Dorset. Hosting three bedrooms; two doubles and a twin, along with a first-floor shower room and a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. The ground-floor includes a kitchen/diner with conservatory, sitting room, utility room, separate basin and WC, and hallway with seating. To the outside there is space for parking, and an enclosed courtyard to the rear. King Charles Cottage is a historic beauty boasting character and charm.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove and open fire. Electric Aga with three ovens and a separate electric oven and gas hob, 2x fridges, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Oil and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed courtyard with seating, with secret garden and dining area. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, bakery and pub within 100 metres. Note: The Aga is in use during the winter and is usually switched off at the beginning of April, however there is an electric oven with gas hob. Note: Low eaves and door frames throughout this property. Note: As of the 14th October 2023, this property will be changing from a Saturday changeover to a Friday changeover.
