Only 100 yards from the promenade and Hunstanton beach, this ground floor flat (in a block of 4) is ideal for a family seaside holiday. Facing west means you can enjoy beautiful sunsets throughout the year. The town centre is just a minutes drive or twenty minutes walk.

Comfortably furnished, with electric heating, comprising; Entrance into living room with Freesat TV, sofa bed, dining table and chairs. Adjoining kitchen area to the side, having electric cooker, microwave, under counter small fridge/freezer. Two bedrooms: Bedroom one with a double bed. Bedroom two with twin beds. Shower room with shower , and washbasin. Separate WC. Useful storage cupboard. Travel cot and highchair.

Garden; A lawned area for sitting out (not enclosed). Garden chairs. BBQ. (charcoal not supplied)

Parking: Off road parking for one car in front of the property.

Please note there is no Wi-Fi

My sister and I were very comfortable here. The flat was clean on arrival and was equipped with all we needed. Lovely to be able to walk to the sea front only 4minutes away ideal for two ladies nearing 80yrs of age!

Pleasant stay
Flat is conveiently situated just over the road from Hunstanton beach in caravan park but away from the amusement park so it is quite quiet. Nice cafe nearby serving food till late afternoon with a musician providing music quite often. Flat is adequately furnished beds very comfortable and kitchen well supplied. Clean and owner very helpful when I had problem. Only drawback is antiquated shower but owners are updating it soon. Nice bottle of wine to welcome you and fantastic sunsets. I enjoyed my stay.

A lovely break.
excellent location for local amenities and touring the beautiful countryside and scenic beaches of Norfolk. We like walking and many are available right from the front door. The property is comfortable an generally well appointed. Most would expect WIFI theses days and the TV could be improved.
