THE HIDEOUT is a villa immersed in one hectare private of land.
Set in a remote-like and tranquil piece of countryside, Rudalza, it's just a few minutes from main beaches, Porto Rotondo and Olbia's airport. Newly built in the style of ancient Sardinian farm houses it combines local taste with foreign styles.
It is composed of two units, a swimming pool and a relaxing area in the garden.

The two independent houses are with wi-fi, air-con in every room and satellite tv's. Both units share a relaxing area located in the garden and a swimming pool overlooking the hills of Rudalza and the bay of Marinella.

A wonderful holiday
The villa is exactly as described with wonderful views. Beautifully designed and decorated, we felt at home and relaxed as soon as we arrived. A short drive to shops, restaurants and beaches. A perfect location for a really relaxing holiday - the pool area is stunning.

A chic hideout in the hills above Porto Rotondo & Golfo Aranci
Our recent, two week stay in ‘The Hideout’ was simply idyllic! The location is excellent - up in the cooler hills in a largely secluded spot but with a glimpse of the sea and only a short drive to Shops, Restaurants and Beaches, as well as Porto Rotondo & Golfo Aranci. Both properties are superbly appointed, with some stunning artwork, stylish furniture, and they were exceptionally clean. The pool was crystal clear and the garden well-maintained, littered with beautifully lit olive trees. We wholeheartedly recommend this property, especially for couples/family vacations!

Why they chose this property

The uniqueness of this property lays in its location, layout and decoration.
It is a 15 minutes drive from Olbia's airport and main facilities yet very remote
in it's feel. It lays in a quiet rural area, very poetic and private, yet very close to main beaches and the hectic glamorous life of Porto Rotondo and the Costa Smeralda area.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy: verandas, a dock next to the pool, a relaxing area in the garden and one hectare of private land all to your self. The house is a perfect combination of comfort and rural authenticity. Strong wi-fi, satellite tv, and aircon in every room.
