Apartment VILLA ŠKURA for 8 people with 4 bedrooms, private and heated pool 8*4 m, summer kitchen with BBQ + full privacy. It is located in a small and quiet village Naklice and only 7 km from the best beaches, restaurants and a lot of activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning.. Come and enjoy this very well-organized and luxury-equipped Apartment Villa Škura. Apartment VILLA ŠKURA is located on the first floor and the whole floor is just for you (the only floor that is renting), the owner lives on the ground floor and has a separate entrance on the other part of the house so you have private and separated entrance and absolute privacy inside and outside.
The pool and summer house is just for your use and you will have total privacy at the pool area where you also have a fully equipped summer kitchen (+toilet+shower+TV) where you can enjoy dining and relaxing all day. The apartment has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed and both with en-suite with shower / 1 bedroom with two single beds / 1 bedroom with two single beds and one sofa bed, a family bathroom with a tub, kitchen and living room with sofa bed and exit to terrace, TV, Air-condition, and satellite TV.
Here you can enjoy the natural environment, try seasonal fruit and vegetable that the owner will provide for you. Enjoy pool, and natural shade at the pool area where you have a fully equipped summer kitchen with BBQ, all just for your use - private.

Great Holiday
Everything was excellent. Extremely well cared for property and very well looked after by the hosts. We could not have expected more. The pool area is fantastic and the accommodation is flexible and suited the 7 of us perfectly. We had everything we needed and more. A big thank you to Anita!

Great place for family
We enjoyed our stay very much; kids loved the pool and we spend our evenings in the summer kitchen cooking on the grill. Our host was fantastic and very helpful with local tips, we loved the tomatoes straight from the garden 😍

Our week at Villa Skura
Right from the beginning until the very end of our stay we enjoyed every moment.The spacy and modern apartment as well as the outdoor space with pool is gorgeous, the landscape breath-taking. Our host Anita is the lovliest you can think of. Thanks a lot for everything!

Superbe découverte d une pépite
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette superbe maison afin de visiter SPLIT et sa région . La maison est idéalement située ( le petit village d OMIS à 15 min de la maison est très pratique pour la mer et les commerces ). Les propriétaires sont adorables et généreux. Maison propre, moderne avec une excellente literie. Un grand merci ANITA 😘

Stay with two families in September
We were really happy with our appartment. Best of all was our host Anita, who was always easy to contact and eager to help in case of any questions/requests. The accomodation was very clean when we arrived and we spend every evening in the nice outside area.
