Fabulous design studio of about 40 square meters located on the third floor of a historic building in one of the most central, prestigious and at the same time characteristic areas of the city, just 5 minutes walk from the train station. The exceptional nature of the location is given by the fact that, despite being in a very central and very lively area, close to the main tourist attractions, the house is placed in a position that allows you to live a truly local and Venetian experience in all respects .
Our accommodation has a living area with a relaxation corner and a dining area, an open kitchen and a sleeping area with a double bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses and cooking utensils.
Bathroom with shower and bidet.
Spacious terrace for condominium use on the sixth floor (passage through attic with low ceilings and steep stairs to do).
There is also a freight elevator that can be used as a maximum lift for 2 people.
Other amenities available to guests: air conditioning (1 split), independent heating, TV, coat rack, hairdryer.

Guest Access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

Other things to highlight
1) At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for the sole purpose of law, therefore we will ask you to show a document in the course of validity.

2) Please note that the check-in time must always be agreed directly with the structure and a supplement is expected as follows: from 20:00 to 22:00 >> 40 euros, from 22:00 to 24: 00 >> 60 euros

3) The tourist tax is not included in the price, it is to be paid on the spot in cash 4 �� per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, children 10-16 years have a 50% tax reduction
