The small country house is located 5 km from Gran Tarajal in the municipality of Tuineje, a place to enjoy contact with nature, the environment is as quiet, secluded but close by car to the town, ideal to disconnect and relax , good night sky for lovers of photography with great sharpness without light pollution.
It has a living room with small kitchen in this room, a bedroom with two beds, bed linen and towels are available, as well as kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery, a terrace for a small breakfast, cleaning once a the week, the change of bed linen twice a week. Pets are not allowed.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Nette Finca. Petry war in allen Belangen äußerst zuvorkommend und bemüht. Beste Empfehlung unsererseits. Zur Lage: In 15 min ist man in Gran Tarajal bzw. im pitoresken Las Playitas (Baden, Restaurants) Wir haben den Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr genossen!

Nettes Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung
Gute Lage. Nächst größere Stadt ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto. Dort alles was man braucht. Restaurant in 1 km fußläufig erreichbar. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber immer zurückhaltend. Auf Nachfrage gab es 2 Liegestühle, da vorhandene Holzklappstühle für längeres sitzen, sehr unbequem. An einem Tag überraschte uns die Vermieterin mit einem typisch kanarischen Eintopf und einer Kanne selbstgemachtem Sangria. Jeden 5 Tag gab es frische Handtücher und nach einer Woche frische Bettwäsche. Für Selbstversorger zu empfehlen.

Un super séjour à Gran Tarajal
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires Petry et Jorge. Le petit-déjeuner d'accueil était fantastique. La location est situé dans un endroit très calme, facile d'accès et proche du centre-ville. L'appartement meublé avec goût est spacieux et très propre. Vous pouvez compter sur la gentillesse de Petry pour vous renseigner et vous aider à passer un superbe séjour.

PEQUEÑA CASA ACOGEDORA CERCA DE GRAN TARAJAL
Es una pequeña casa anexa a la de los propietarios, cuya descripción en el anuncio se corresponde con la realidad. Es una propiedad en muy buen estado, muy limpia y muy acogedora que se encuentra muy bien situada a pocos kilómetros de Gran Tarajal, pero a su vez apartada para aquellas personas que buscan descanso y tranquilidad. Por parte de los propietarios recibimos muy buen servicio, su presencia no se nota, salvo para casos de necesidad o en los detalles que ofrecen. Propiedad altamente recomendable para aquellos que buscan paz y tranquilidad, sin estar lejos de todo en fuerteventura.

Eine phantastische Woche auf Fuerteventura
Die Ausstattung der Finca Jupe ist hochwertig und sehr gepflegt und noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Matratzen sind superbequem – es waren tatsächlich die besten Betten, in denen wir im Urlaub je geschlafen haben. Auf der windgeschützten, sonnigen Terrasse mit Blick auf den liebevoll gestalteten Garten mit Kakteen, Blumen, Kräutern sowie Obst- und Gemüsepflanzen kann man herrlich frühstücken und abends den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das Anwesen liegt nah an der Straße, die durch das Örtchen Juan Gopar führt, durch die wenigen vorbeifahrenden Autos fühlten wir uns aber nicht gestört. Der weite Ausblick auf die Berge und den klaren Sternenhimmel ist wunderschön. Die Vermieterin Petry und ihr Mann Jorge sind sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und während unserer gesamten Zeit dort sehr gut betreut. Die beiden wohnen direkt nebenan und haben sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Das kanarische Frühstück am ersten Tag ist ausgezeichnet und einfach köstlich! Spanische Sprachkenntnisse oder ein Lexikon sind hilfreich, da Petry und Jorge Spanisch und nur wenig Englisch sprechen. Ansonsten hilft natürlich Zeichensprache weiter. Trotz unserer rudimentären Spanischkenntnisse sind wir aber prima klargekommen. Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche bei Petry und Jorge sehr genossen und uns richtig gut erholt und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Finca Jupe können wir allen wärmstens weiterempfehlen, die Fuerteventura und die dortige Lebensart und Gastfreundschaft kennenlernen möchten und einen ruhigen entspannten Ort abseits des Touristentrubels bevorzugen. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr empfehlenswert, man kann direkt neben dem Haus parken. Die Stadt Gran Tarajal, ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt, bietet sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermercado Padilla sowie viele weitere kleine Geschäfte), einen hübschen Strand, Bars und Restaurants - ein empfehlenswertes Fischrestaurant ist das „La Cofradia“. Zu einem der schönsten Strände von Fuerteventura, der weitläufigen Playa de Sotavento, fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 25 Min. (Parkplatz Risco del Paso). Hier kann man an der Lagune lange Strandspaziergänge unternehmen und herrlich baden. Weitere interessante Ziele auf der Insel sind dank der zentralen Lage sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar, z.B. ca. 30 Min. nach Ajuy, ca. 30 Min. nach El Pared und 1 Std. nach El Cotillo an der Westküste, ca. 1 Std. zum Dünenstrand nach Corralejo im Nordosten und ca. 45 Min. nach Morro Jable im Süden. Zum Flughafen sind es 30-40 Minuten.
