100M2 apartment located in the quietest area of the Levante beach in Benidorm.

New construction building with swimming pool for adults and children, children's area, parking space, paddle tennis court, air conditioning throughout the house, large glazed terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the city. Building with a family atmosphere without drunken tourism.

Large kitchen equipped with everything you need. We do not use gas.

Located on the 17th floor, there are three elevators.

Electricity costs are not included in the long stays or if you use the air conditioning, the price of Kw. is 0.40 Cts., there is a counter in the house.

Gute Wohnung in centraler Lage.
Wohnung hat sehr schöne geschlossene Terasse. Deutsches Fernsehen kann man mit Notebook über wi-fi shauen. Sofa etwas unbequem. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
