New completely renovated apartment in the center of Colonno in a typical village house a few minutes from the lake.
Perfectly furnished, equipped with all comforts, located in the lower part of the town of Colonno, near the main beach and the pedestrian street.
Colonno is a quiet and relaxing place where you can enjoy the surrounding nature.
Ideal for 4 people, the apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a modern and characteristic living room and a comfortable kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony.
Two boards are available for guests to practice stand up paddle.
Perfectly furnished, equipped with all comforts, located in the lower part of the town of Colonno, near the main beach and the pedestrian street.
The apartment is located in a pedestrian area and the entrance to house can only be reached by foot in 5 minutes.
The medieval village of Colonno is characterized by narrow streets, houses leaning against each other and alleys that lead to small open spaces on the lake.

Schönes Ferienhaus mitten in der Altstadt
Das Haus liegt mitten im alten Kern von Colonno und man läuft schon gut 100m mit seinem Gepäck. Dafür ist es traumhaft ruhig und bis auf die Kirchenglocken hört man auch nachts nichts. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die einzige sinnvolle Lösung. Die Fahrten mit dem Auto auf der viel befahrenen Uferstraße sind auch aufgrund der Parksituation entlang des Sees nicht zu empfehlen. Das Auto muss man relativ weit entfernt vom Haus auf einer Hangstraße abstellen, die Woche kostet 25€. Für unsere Kinder im Teenageralter war im Ort nichts geboten. Dafür bieten aber die vielen attraktiven Nachbarorte genug Sehenswürdigkeiten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, nicht im Kern des Tourismusgeschehens untergebracht zu sein. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
