Urbanization with Pool and Parking on the Beach

The urbanization is located a few meters from the beach, you just have to cross a street to reach the spectacular Rincón de la Victoria promenade where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and cafes to rejoice in the Malaga sun.
The house is divided into 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, another with two single beds and another with a bunk bed. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating, as well as a laundry room. The living room is large and is divided into two areas, a dining area with a table that opens to serve more people and a sofa area with a 3-seater sofa, another 2-seater and an individual armchair around a large table and in front of the television. From the living room there is access to the wonderful terrace where there is a table to eat together with sea views. In addition, the house has free WIFI and an underground parking space with direct access to the elevator that leads to the house.
It has a large fenced pool along with another for the little ones whose opening hours are from June 1 to September 30.

The apartment is located in the center of Rincón de la Victoria a few meters from the beach. Very close to the building there is a Mercadona supermarket, a pharmacy and a brand new playground with many swings. On the seafront, which is across the street, there are many restaurants and shops of all kinds. It is very close to the bus stop where you can catch a bus that leaves you in the center of Malaga in 30 minutes. It has very easy access to the highway with the car, although thanks to its location you won't even need it.

CHECK-OUT
The keys are delivered directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entrance hours are as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready due to guests leaving that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but when it is ready, we notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
