Beautiful 3-bedroom villa with traditional decoration located in the center of the island and just five kilometers from the popular town of Santa Eulalia, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, shops and a walk on the beach. Ibiza town is located 11 kilometers away and the well-known town of Santa Gertrudis is eight kilometers away.

The house is distributed on one floor and on a higher level are the bedrooms and the main bathroom (stair with 4 steps):
- Living room with AC and fireplace, access to the terrace
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining room and small living room with TV and fireplace
- Master bedroom with 135 x 190 bed, AC and balcony
- Room with two single beds 90 x 190 and AC
- Room with bed 150 x 190 and AC

Top bestemming!
Het huis is groot genoeg voor zes personen (twee volwassenen en vier kinderen). Zij kunnen zich ook prima vermaken in het zwembad. Het huis, vooral de keuken, is zeer uitgebreid qua assortiment. Eén van de badkamers bevindt zich in een ruimte aan de buitenzijde van het huis, dat is overigens geen probleem maar wel goed om te weten. Huis en tuin zijn keurig verzorgd. 's Avonds eten bij de BBQ is heerlijk een geeft een top vakantiegevoel! De naastgelegen weg is te horen maar zeker niet hinderlijk. Op korte afstand (bij rotonde) een winkel waar 's morgens vers brood is te verkrijgen (niet open op zondag). Het assortiment in de keuken is zeer uitgebreid maar het aantal glazen en mokken is weinig. Wanneer de afwasmachine na het diner aan staat, en je drinkt nog met zes personen koffie en/of thee, moeten de mokken afgewassen worden omdat er anders voor het ontbijt de volgende morgen geen beschikbaar zijn. Het zou goed zijn om het aantal glazen en mokken te verdubbelen.

Villa Catalina - aanrader!
Lekker centraal gelegen, mooi uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad voor de deur, prima (bad)kamers en een fijne buitendouche Eén van de bedden (klassiek) is wat aan de korte kant, voor de gemiddelde Nederlander is dat niet heel comfortabel.
