For shared use: patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 1.9 km long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, thermal baths "Alpentherme Altenmarkt" 10 km. Golf course (27 hole) 4.5 km, ski lift 4.5 km, gondola lift 4.5 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
