Open Plan Living Room / Dining Area:
As you step inside, an open-plan living room and dining area welcome you. Relax in the lounge, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration or making the most of the free Wi-Fi for work or leisure. You have asked, and we listened there is now a smart TV at the property ( you need to use your own login on the streaming apps).

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything from plates, mugs, and glasses to knives, saucepans, and cutlery. Prepare a delightful meal using the hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and washer.

1 Bedroom King Size:
Retire to the furnished bedroom featuring a king-size bed. Hotel-quality linen and towels ensure a restful night's sleep and ample storage accommodates your belongings, even if your London adventures lead you to some irresistible shopping.

1 Bathroom:
Indulge in the bathroom's amenities, including a bathtub with a shower enclosure, toilet, and sink. Complimentary toiletries such as soap, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet rolls are provided. Additional conveniences include an iron and ironing board, hangers, and a hair dryer.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.


Other things to note
DURING YOUR STAY
* Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
* The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
* No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
* Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.
* Please note that you need to use your own login for the streaming apps and there is no FTA ( Free air channels)
* Mid-stay cleaning is available at an extra charge.
* Please note that the shower temperature is set via the thermostat in the house and if you turn this up to max - it will take a while to reset
* This is my personal home - please take of it

- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10 pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in London, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property

+ Check each room to make sure you haven’t forgotten anything + Check that the fridge has been cleared of all food + Check that all windows are closed + Please let us know if anything has been damaged during your stay. If something needs to be fixed or replaced, we’ll let you know if it will be taken from your security deposit.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
