The superb location of this 3 bedroom villa is ideal for families or golfers. Surrounded by Vilamoura's top championship courses and with all amenities within a 5 minute walk. Including supermarkets, coffee shop, newsagent, restaurants and bars. Inside the villa the cozy kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances and there is a very spacious open plan living and dining area decorated to a high standard with a comfy sofa area to relax. Leading from the lounge there are patio doors on to a terraced patio with dining table and chairs and a traditional Portuguese BBQ. There is a swimming pool, shower and sun loungers in the garden. The villa has air conditioning throughout.

Lounge/ dining room: satellite TV, sofas, fireplace, american diner with 4 chairs, air conditioning.

Kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, toaster,electric kettle.

Master bedroom: double bed air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: twin beds, air conditioning Bathroom. Full suite with shower.

Bedroom 3: double bed en-suite, air conditioning with direct access to outside.

Outside storage with washing machine.

Outside area: BBQ, patio dining table with 6 chairs, 3 x sun loungers, 2 x arm chairs, garden with private pool.

Distances: Supermarket (500 m): Restaurants/ Bars (500 m): Beach (2 km); Marina/ Centre(1,5 km); Airport (25 km); Train Station (6 km).

All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability).
The client must have a minimum age of 25 years old to be able to book accommodation with CleverDetails, Lda., throughout the all stay a person with a minimum age of 25 years old should remain in the accommodation. A valid identification document with photograph must be showed on arrival.

Camas ruins, chuveiro que não mantém temperatura, piscina com ladrilhos quebrados e sem máquina de lavar louça!! A localização é ótima, mas a casa pode melhorar muito!!
