Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Ciappai", surrounded by trees and vineyards. 300 m from the centre of Pietrabruna, 10 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 16 km from the centre of Imperia, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 9.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: well-kept terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.). 300 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 300 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 10 km.
