This vacation home is a spacious 5-room house that covers an area of 200 square meters and is spread over two levels. The house has recently been renovated with rustic furnishings to give it a cozy and comfortable feel.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living/dining room that comes equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a bar, and satellite TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, microwave, and electric coffee machine.

Moving up to the upper floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms, all with double beds. One of the bedrooms has an attached shower/bidet/WC. There is also a separate shower/bidet/WC on this floor. Gas heating is available throughout the house.

Outside, the house features a balcony that measures 9 square meters, a terrace that measures 30 square meters, and a large patio that measures 50 square meters. All outdoor areas are roofed and come equipped with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and a barbecue. There is also a box-room available for storage.
