The apartment is very spacious and airy, with two entrances, large garden with lawn on two fronts, the kitchen is well equipped and a bbq is also available on request.

The residence is in an optimal position to move safely on the coast, at 150 meters there is a tobacconist's bar, restaurant and pizzeria,

the structure is new and well maintained, the swimming pool is large and sunny with umbrellas and deck chairs.

The nearest beach is about a kilometer away, San Teodoro about 5 kilometers, continuing along the coastal road every few kilometers you will find beaches one more beautiful than the other.
The apartments are all the same and with the same characteristics, I can vary slightly from the photos.
