About this property

Trulli Gianpaolo, a luxury villa

Trulli Gianpaolo Luxury Villa is an elegant historic residence with swimming pool dating back to the early 1800s, finely restored in 2017, paying homage to the original beauty of the places and creating a perfect combination of ancient and modern.

Equipped with all comforts and furnished with skill and extreme attention to detail, the estate is surrounded by the greenery of one of the most beautiful countryside in the Apulian territory, surrounded by immense expanses of grassy pastures bordered by dry stone walls, halfway between Ostuni and Cisternino.

The estate consists of three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a comfortable triple living room whose fireplace, ancient and austere, creates an intimate and suggestive atmosphere.

Outside you will find the ideal scenario for your moments of relaxation in the summer months. The outdoor area and a living area furnished with a large table in ancient Tuscan oak, a sink in ancient Apulian stone with a table top and barbecue, will invite you to spend every moment of your holiday in this small corner of Apulian paradise.

You can admire a wonderful garden of young olive trees that will release all the characteristic scents and colors of Puglia. Aromas that will remain etched in your memories, which will inebriate you at all times offering you sweet memories.

Trulli Gianpaolo is a magical place to find refreshment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is the ideal place to find yourself and spend time in the company of loved ones.

The main entrance leads to the living area, dominated by the ancient fireplace and dominated by immense barrel vaults typical of ancient trulli, and to the kitchen.

The sleeping area is composed of:
• 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom-shower;
• 1 double bedroom;
• 1 bedroom with French bed;
• 1 bathroom-shower adjacent to the two bedrooms

The outdoor area overlooks a splendid garden of young olive trees and an expanse adorned with almond and secular figs. It includes an outdoor area equipped with an antique Tuscan wood dining table, an old stone sink with a table top and a barbecue area.

A private parking for the exclusive use of guests will be available for the duration of the stay.

Trulli Gianpaolo is the ideal starting point for your Apulian holiday. It is immersed in a wonderful countryside, full of scents and colors. The whiteness of the Apulian stone, the green foliage of the olive trees and the warmth of the red earth embrace the clear notes of rosemary and sweet figs, myrtle and citrus fruits, thyme and wild herbs, blackberries and stone, which will hover in the air carried by a warm sirocco wind.

We are located a few kilometers from Cisternino and Ostuni, in a literally breathtaking scenario. From here you can reach the cities of Fasano, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Alberobello. You can take the Ciclovia dell'Acqua, a 30 km cycle path that winds its way through nearby cattle tracks and districts or spend your days among suggestive clearings and pastures, in the company of reading and solitary meditation or for an informal outdoor walk with the family.

The most beautiful beaches in Puglia and the equipped beaches are located just over twenty minutes from the estate. Miles and miles of pristine beaches and natural maritime reserves, at times covered by Mediterranean scrub, will unleash the essence of Puglia, literally leaving you breathless.

Peaceful Paradise
This is a gorgeous property inside and out! The pool, outdoor spaces, views and the surrounding vegetation of lavender and cactus are truly beautiful. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The architecture is stunning. We loved staying here and would book this property again when we return to Puglia!

Fantastic home, well renovated, modern, spacious and calm - with a very welcoming and helpful host
We had a great stay. Extremely well renovated traditional trulli. The interior is elegant, modern, very spacious (more than what the pictures present actually) and very practical. House is located in the middle of the countryside, surroundings are very calm. A bit remote - which is exactly what we wanted - though near many places to visit, hence a very good departing base to visit Puglia, while enjoying the calm of the countryside. Gianpaolo was extremely welcoming and helpful, always reachable and responsive. We would definitely rent this place again, and recommend it.
