The separate lounge area with large HD TV and super-fast broadband gives the property separate pockets for groups to relax rather than all be in one space. The beautiful dining table comfortably seats 12, the large comfy sofa area provides a great relaxation zone and the large outdoor seating area with BBQ facilities and green space for kids to RUN provides the perfect place for Alfresco dining. We only accept very low key hen /stag/celebrations as elevated noise and disruption will not be tolerated, we will consider groups on a case by case basis and additional terms/deposit will apply.

We care about our community and do not want noisy groups or parties/ we reserve the right to terminate bookings immediately if this rule is not complied with and we get complaints from neighbours.
