The villa is located on the sea in the protected area of the plemmirio, just south of the city of Syracuse. The villa, which enjoys a beautiful seafront position, offers a covered terrace and a well-kept garden with private access to the sea, private parking, the internal rooms of the house are tastefully and comfortably furnished and include a bright living room, a built-in kitchen , 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One exterior. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Wifi internet, washing machine and dishwasher. The villa was born in a strategic position just a few minutes from the historic center of Syracuse and allows you to easily reach Noto, Ragusa, Vendicari and is about 70 km from Catania airport.
