The interior of the villa consists of a large sitting/dining room with a fully fitted, open-plan kitchen at one end. The kitchen has a full-size cooker with oven, a dishwasher, and sufficient utensils for all your cooking needs. From the sitting room, three steps lead up to a hallway that distributes the circulation to the bedrooms and the two bathrooms.

One of the bedrooms is twin bedded and the others have a double bed. Of the two attractive bathrooms, both of adequate size, one has a shower and the other a bath and a jacuzzi.

A washing machine is provided in the biggest bathroom. The property is fully air-conditioned and a satellite TV is provided in the sitting room.

On the exterior of the villa, a private land of 4 acres sprawls. Within this private land, there are two villas, villa Clio and villa Penelope, which is positioned on the front and right side of villa Clio. On the nearby area, three other villas are found in close proximity. However, all of them have their private territories to secure privacy and seclusion.
