For shared use: property 3 ha. Private: garden 700 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) round (3,66 m diameter, depth 100 - 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: massage (extra). Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, thermal baths "Terme dei Papi" 17 km, lake Bracciano/Bolsena 35 km. Nearby attractions: Viterbo 18 km, Sutri 20 km, Tarquinia 28 km.
