Single-family house "Il Casaletto", renovated in 2010, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Vetralla, 19 km from the centre of Viterbo, 70 km from the centre of Roma, 37 km from the sea, 15 km from the lake. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 2 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: massage (extra). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Thermal baths "Le Masse di San Sisto" 9 km, bathing lake "Vico" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Sutri 23 km, Tarquinia 29 km, Civita Di Bagnoregio 43 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bolsena 35 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Wooden floors. 2 terraces covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Tolle Lage, wunderschönes Grundstück
Die Lage und Landschaft ist wunderbar, leider ist das Doppelbett sehr klein und das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock nicht so ideal. Toll ist die Natur, die vielen kulturellen Möglichkeiten zum Besichtigen, das Meer und natürlich der wunderschöne Garten!

Kleines Haus mit grandiosem Garten
Ein riesiger Garten, lückenlos eingezäunt. Mit viel Gefühl für Ästhetik, Gestaltung und die Natur. Der Eigentümer, Cesare ist ein wirklich guter Typ. Er kümmert sich um das Anwesen Note Eins mit Sternchen. Olivenöl macht er auch. Es ist super. Wir haben einiges als Mitbringsel verteilt. Wurde uns aus den Händen gerissen. Wenn es nicht so weit wäre würden wir morgen wieder hinfahren ;-)
