Large 180m2 apartment in a 19th century building listed as Madrid's historical heritage. Located in front of the "Plaza Mayor", between "Puerta del Sol" and the Royal Palace.

Focused on trips for large groups, both family and for celebrations and bachelor parties. We manage the entire building so we can accommodate up to 52 guests.

Right in the middle of it all!
Loved staying at this apartment...right in the middle of everything. (The front 2 rooms did have quite a bit of night noise.) We barely needed transportation. Kitchen was not as well appointed as some others. Not all rooms had ac flowing into them so some got a little hot. Loved the look of the old building. Decent family gathering room...but not super cozy. Would stay here again.

lack of description of property
The property had grueling flights of stair in which the luggage had to be hauled up and down. Elderly family members couldn't do it. There was no elevator. If the property description had mentioned the stairs we would not have booked it. We nicknamed the stairs "the stairs from hell". You need to let people know of these stairs so they can determine if their group can handle them.
