INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Caletta 16 develops on one floor: the entrance leads to the living room and to the small kitchenette equipped with burners, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; the living area has a sitting corner and a dining table, which can be used as a workstation for PCs; a sliding window opens the access to the covered veranda with table, sea view on Cugnana Gulf and the surrounding area; the entrance leads to a corridor leading to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a single bed and an additional bed; the bathroom has a shower. Near the entrance there is a canniciate with a reserved covered parking space. Access to the swimming pool and tennis court is reserved only for guests of La Caletta complex.
DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Caletta 16 is inserted within the well-kept residential complex called "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo", immersed in 100,000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs in the area: ancient junipers, olive trees, cysts, myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, in front of Portisco, and is composed of several small real estate bodies distant from each other in order to create a peaceful and secluded context. The whole area slopes down to the sea which is accessed through a shallow and shallow beach, Ira beach is about 3 km from here.
The residence has parking lots covered with Sardinian cane (one per accommodation) and parking spaces for guests. Just before the entrance there is the popular restaurant with swimming pool "Stella di Gallura", a popular destination in the summer.
At about 3.5 km, about five minutes by car, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants and known for its nightlife; here you can stroll along the characteristic harbor where yachts of all sizes moor. Numerous restaurants are all nearby and a short distance away: Lu Stazzu (1200 m), I Valentini (1500 m), Locanda Rudalza (1400 m). The closest bus stop is located on Via Monte Ladu (V.M.Ladu stop fr. I. Piumica) and is 700 meters from the house. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport can be reached at a distance of 16 km.
