## Space

This romantic attic studio is perfect for a couple. It is super centrally located and just minutes from the beach!
We have space for 2 guests. The studio is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a small dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-plate electric stove and oven, coffee maker and kettle and small fridge.
Studio 3 is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs only.

Bed: 160x200 consisting of two boxspring single beds, can be separated.

## Neighborhood

Pension Brederode consists of 5 separate holiday accommodations. It is located right next to the beach with many beach bars/restaurants - your toes will be in the sand in under 5 minutes. The town centre with supermarkets, shops and bars/restaurants is just 10 minutes walking away.

Zandvoort is a lovely beach town with many shops, bars and restaurants, nightlife and (watersport) activities. It's located close to Haarlem and Amsterdam which are easy to reach by public transport.

## Transit

The Zandvoort aan Zee Railway Station is a 15-minute walk from the property. Trains to Haarlem (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) go regularly from early morning until around midnight.

Insgesamt ok, wenn man 0 Ansprüche und keine Hausstauballergie hat! Es war aber unsauber und Vieles defekt . Wie bereits jdm schrieb, sind die Dusche und die Toilette nur von sehr kleinen und schlanken Personen zu benutzen. Das Fenster in der Dusche kann nicht geöffnet werden. Es fehlen viele Haushaltsgegenstände. Der Heizkörper ist sehr verschmutzt, sodass wir die Heizung nicht benutzen konnten , obwohl es draußen 6 Grad waren. Die sehr laute Therme, die blubbert und knallt, ist im Treppenhaus angebracht, oben, direkt daran grenzt das Bett. Bett und Esstisch schienen neu uns gut! Für den Preis kennen wir bessere Appartments und können es nicht weiterempfehlen. Im Fußboden ist ein notdürftig geflicktes Loch. Die Lage ansonsten ist prima, es ist leise und 5 Minuten vom Zentrum/ Bahnhof / Meer entfernt .Sehr netter Ort mit vielen, tollen Geschäften und Fahrradverleihen. Es sollte sich aber jeder selber ein Urleil bilden. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben möchte. Schade.

Klein und sehr fein
Wenn Du mal was Neues ausprobieren möchtest und schon mal davon geträumt hast in einem Tiny House zu wohnen, dann bist Du hier goldrichtig! Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, da recht kompakt. Hier heißt es Urlaub genießen. Weniger ist hier mehr. Das Zimmer ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es liegt in einem Wohngebiet, Zentrums- und Strandnah.

Really rude landlord, we have been in Zandvoort since 5 years several times a year, always haüppy with the apartments we stayed at...but this is absolutely no to recommend.

Räumlichkeiten
idealerweise nur für Pärchen ( bis zu einer Körpergröße bis 1,70 m ) geeignet, da geringer Platz, teilweise auch sehr beengt, da Alles in einem Raum ( außer WC ) teilweise ist Mobiliar zu erneuern, da schon sehr „abgewohnt“
