The villas on Mar Menor Golf Resort are finished to a good standard with spacious interiors, and are well furnished giving a modern yet cosy feel. The resort centre with its amenities is within a 15 minute walk, and this villa is conveniently located in Phase 2 of the resort, in easy walking distance of the bars and restaurants at El Boulevard.

The accommodation in this villa is all on one level, and there is also a private solarium which is accessed by an external staircase with fitted stairgate. The villa benefits from gas central heating, is air conditioned throughout, and includes free wifi. Add in the fenced pool and south facing terrace and you have a really excellent villa in which to spend your fantastic holiday on Mar Menor Golf Resort.

Excellent location
Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 children, and this villa provided ample space. The outside furniture was a little tired, and there was a lack of glassware, however this didn’t detract from a great villa. The location is excellent, with the hotel, Spar supermarket and restaurants on the Boulevard all within a comfortable walking distance. Additionally, the location of the swimming pool meant it was always in the sun, no annoying shadows mid-afternoon. The villa is managed by Resort Management, who were excellent, and really helpful. In summary, a great villa, which I’d quite happily book again.

Great stay again at Mar Menor resort
This was our second time staying at this villa, we stayed last summer for two weeks and this year we stayed for a longer five week period. The villa is in a perfect location a short walk from the supermarket and the restaurants and the main hotel. The villa itself is superclean with some lovely cleaning ladies that come in once a week to help. It’s a perfect size for a family of four, which enabled both the boys to have their own rooms. TV system needs an upgrade as there is really limited UK channels. It was a shame to see that one of the wardrobes in one of the bedrooms still had a broken sliding door, With a sign on asking us not to use it. it was like this last year! One of the bathrooms has been re-decorated with a lovely large walk-in shower. I hope they do this with the other bathroom as that is looking a little bit tired and could do with a refresh. The swimming pool pump stopped working in our last week but was fixed within A few days. I think if we were there for two weeks this would’ve been really frustrating but as we were there for a longer period it was okay and we spent more time at the beach instead. We look forward to coming back for many years to come as we love this resort.
