The Villa is surrounded by mature lovely gardens offering you complete privacy in a tranquil setting.
There are several lounge areas to sit and socialise and enjoy a cool drink.
There is a gas BBQ for those evenings you want to 'dine home' an Alfresco dining area that seats 10 people.

There are 2 separate lounge rooms, there is wide range of DVD to keep you entertained. WIFI & Netflix, All UK TV, Movie & Sport Channels, Also Movistar + with all spanish TV Channels.
The kitchen is fully equip with dishwasher, coffee makers.

San Roque Golf Club is a 1 min stroll, it is a beautiful Club, lovely restaurant & bar and very welcoming. Also, within a short walk there is a little complex where you will find a lovely cafe/restaurant, an excellent Italian restaurant. In the local area there are so many excellent golf courses, Valderamma, La Reserva , Almenara and Sotogrande. There are numerous sport facilities including tennis (clay and hard courts), polo, horse riding, spa facilities, canoeing and sailing for both Children and Adults. There is an Equestrian Center a few mins from Villa (within the resort)

Sotogrande Marina (10 mins) has plenty of bars and restaurants, markets, two beaches and a beach club by Sotogrande golf club
In the summer there are top European polo matches every afternoon with free entry.
The lively marina of La Duquesa is only a 15 min drive away.
Beautiful Estepona is only 25 mins.
Sotogrande is 30 minutes from Marbella / Puerto Banus for a shopping day out, as well as attractions of Granada, Seville, Tariffa, Jerez and Morocco (45min by Ferry from Algeciras).
Take a train from San Roque town to Ronda for the day, the train journey itself is lovely and the town of Ronda is really worth a visit.

There are plenty of things to see and do for the more adventurous

There are numerous hidden gems in the local hillsides - beautiful restaurants - I will need to explain where and how to get there !!
In the winter it is possible to have a sun and ski holiday on the slopes of Sierra Nevada

The famous Seville Flamenco fair is on in April
The Jerez Horse Fair is in May

The new Beach club and Lagoon is open at La Reserva from April until October and is only a five minute drive away.

The Gibraltar music festival is a fantastic one day event not to be missed, expect big name acts and a fantastic vibe! The Gibraltar Music Festival takes place in September

The best golf courses in Spain are all located within a 20 minute drive including Valderrama which holds the European tour event the Andalusian masters in October
