It is also a few minutes by car from the Calheta Beach, 2 minutes by foot from the local supermarket and bakery, as well as several restaurants.
Madeira is famous for its levada walks, and several hiking trails start directly in Prazeres, making the Casa Felicidade a great place to start and end your holidays.

Please be aware that our properties are situated on a tropical island, where it is common to encounter insects and other natural elements. Schönes, modernes Landhaus mit Garten und Meerblick
Geräumiges und modern eingerichtetes Landhaus, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit schönem Blick auf das Meer aus allen Zimmern. Im Garten gibt es viel Platz und eine Grillstelle. Das Internet ist schnell und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Empfang und Service von MHM war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. Der untere Teil des Gartens könnte langfristig noch etwas hergerichtet werden oder als Fläche für einen Pool dienen. Eine kleine Garderobe am Eingang wäre ebenfalls sehr praktisch.
