Westonby Lodge is a former hunting lodge, surrounded by incredible countryside, in Shortwaite near Lealholm. The property has three bedrooms: a family room with a super-king-size double \(zip/link, can be made into a twin) as well as a single with a pull out bed, plus two further super-king-size bedrooms, both with zip/link feature, sleeping eight guests. The property has a ground-floor shower room, a family bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside is ample off-road parking, outbuildings for bike storage and a front lawned garden with bench and table and chairs. Westonby Lodge is a grand property in a spectacular location, within the North York Moors National Park. Please note, this property only accepts a Friday check in.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Lealholm is in the centre of the Esk Valley, within the North York Moors National Park and just 15 minutes' drive from the coast. It is a picturesque village with a Post Office, shop, pub and tea rooms/restaurant. The quaint fishing villages of Staithes and Runswick Bay, the sandy beach of Sandsend and the ancient port of Whitby are all close by.
