Experience
This is a good size flat situated on a noisy and busy road, so we did have to close all windows to be able to sleep at nights! Although speed of responses to our contacts were good, we found some of issues were not attended to by the managing agent. The most important one was about the smoke alarms that were left disabled (by being covered up by plastic bags), and despite asking for them to be activated, they were left out of action during our stay! Also the TV was on Chinese settings as it’s default and we needed help sorting it out. Also the fan in the bathroom was out of action, hence not ventilating at all, considering it had no windows for fresh air! Finally, it was literally impossible to follow most of the instructions in the booklet as it looked very generic and not specific to this flat! We had massive problems finding the trash bins & had to email to know where they are! All okay and it’s possible to stay for a few days at this property.

Nice place but lacking some essentials
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bournemouth, the location was perfect for us being central to Bournemouth and the property was very clean, newly decorated and comfortable. Although not stated there are lots of places to park nearby and we had no issues with parking despite the location being on a main road. However it was lacking some essentials. I had advised at the time of booking there would be 3 people staying, but won arrival we found the apartment set up for 2 people meaning we had to set up the third bed ourselves. Also, there were only 2 mugs, 1 toilet roll (for a 4 night stay), no tea towel/kitchen roll and no hand soap. The TV had instructions however as the default language was Chinese we failed to get either of the two TVs working. There were also instructions of taking the bins out before leaving however there was nowhere outside the property to leave the bin bags. Having said that, the property was a great find, very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Overall I would recommend staying here but be prepared to bring some of your own essential items!

Modern apartment
The apartment was very recently modernised and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was a bit run down.

What makes this property unique

The area has a host of award-winning restaurants, bars, clubs, theatres, museums and cinemas, as well as countless attractions and places of interest.

With its ponies, protected natural beauty and thousand years of history, the New Forest is Bournemouth's back yard and for those of you of a literary bent, Thomas Hardy country is just a few miles away (Bournemouth being Hardy's Sandbourne). Continuing the themes, the tranquillity of the nearby isle of Purbeck was the inspiration for Enid Blyton's Famous Five adventures.

Add to that the National Trust sanctuary of Poole’s Brownsea Island and the historic charms of Christchurch and its famous Priory and you have the perfect backdrop for your holiday - with accommodation from Bournecoast being the cherry on the cake.
