SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Our beautiful lagoon and south-east coast line which was affected by the recent oil spill, caused by the ship Wakashio on the 6th of August, is being actively and professionally cleaned by a big team of French & Greek experts. Our lagoon is sparking blue, and the remainder of the oil spilt inside the mangroves as from the Mahebourg Waterfront is being cleaned everyday. Pointe d'Esny beach, lagoon & surroundings remain clean as before.
