La ubicación de la playa y el mar era muy buena. La discoteca cercana y los restaurantes vecinos eran muy ruidosos, especialmente la discoteca los días festivos y fines de semana. No era posible dormir antes de las 3 de la mañana. Por lo tanto, el apartamento no es recomendable para inquilinos a largo plazo.
