Cozier than expected!
Pros: Modernized! Free parking very close by, and the place was secure. Bedrooms were comfy and quiet, and the shower was nice and hot with excellent water pressure. Appreciated the vanity and wee stool in the main bedroom! Very helpful. Access to the hoover was helpful for cleaning our own mess, thank you so much! The pre-check in message was perfectly timed and had the exact info we needed with very clear instructions. The Lunchbox takeaway recommendation was spot on!
Con: Wifi didn't reach into kitchen. Not the end of the world, but something to consider if you're planning to work from the kitchen table. Alternative option is to use the vanity table in the main bedroom.
Two suggestions for the owner:
1. increase timer and adjust sensor on the exterior security light as it turns off very quickly, making it difficult to see. The light also doesn't turn on upon exiting the gate until you're mostly down the walkway.
2. Adding a wee table or extra shelf/hook/rail in the bathroom to hold clean clothing, toiletries, or towels would be helpful for setting down items whilst showering.
Overall, extremely pleased with our booking and would 100% stay again.
