Villa Tres Terrazas Nerja by Ruralidays

Holiday house for 8 people in Nerja, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

Located less than a kilometer from the beach in one of the best areas of Nerja and with incredible views of the sea, this villa has a private pool, a jacuzzi, a sports court and a chill-out area.

The house has four double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds, as well as four bathrooms, one with a shower, two with a bathtub and one with a shower and a bathtub.

The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher and a spacious and bright living room from which you access a terrace with stunning views of the sea.

On the ground floor of the house you can enjoy a porch with a jacuzzi (available on request at an extra cost, so you must notify the owner in advance) and a wonderful chill-out area that connects via stairs to a private pool with a few spectacular views of the sea and below with a sports court.

Accueil chaleureux par Alfonso.Renouvellement du linge comme prévu au bout d'une semaine. Petit bémol. Pression de l'eau insuffisante aux robinets sauf aux douches. Merci,Nous espérons y revenir.

Dieses Haus ist absolut wunderschön! Wenn Sie durch die Haustür gehen, werden Sie vom Panoramablick auf die Costa del Sol und das Mittelmeer begeistert sein … es raubt Ihnen den Atem. Obwohl es vor 50 Jahren gebaut wurde, ist das Haus luxuriös, gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es gab ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad auf der Hauptebene und 3 Schlafzimmer / Bäder auf der unteren Ebene. Alle Zimmer haben eine atemberaubende Aussicht und sind sehr komfortabel mit viel Stauraum für Kleidung. Die Wohn-/Esszimmer auf der Hauptebene haben raumhohe Fenster für diesen Blick auf die Küste. Es gibt viele Außenbereiche mit Tischen und Stühlen zum Essen oder Faulenzen. Der Pool war während unseres Aufenthalts wegen Staubstürmen aus Afrika geschlossen, aber der Poolbereich und die Möbel sahen sehr schön aus. Die Gärten sind weitläufig und üppig und führen hinunter zum Tennisplatz, wenn Sie möchten. Die Küche ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Wir haben es genossen, Lebensmittel bei den örtlichen Händlern zu kaufen, um unsere eigenen Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, aber das Haus ist nah genug an der Stadt, um es zu genießen, auswärts zu essen. Die Fahrt zum Haus war beim ersten Mal quälend durch die steilen und engen Straßen, aber nachfolgende Fahrten schienen viel einfacher zu sein, nachdem Sie die Route und Routine gelernt hatten. Wir genossen auch einen lustigen Ausflug nach Frigiliana, einer charmanten Stadt in der Nähe. Alfonso war sehr hilfreich bei unserer Ankunft und beim Auschecken! Es war ein Vergnügen, Ruralidays durchzuarbeiten. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus für einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt!

Da wir im Februar/März dort waren, konnten wir natürlich den Pool nicht nutzen. Der Ausblick von den verschiedenen Terrassen und aus dem Wohnraum ist phantastisch. Die Nähe zu Nerja war uns dieses Mal wichtig, in der Hauptsaison wäre es uns vermutlich zu voll. Das Haus wurde sehr sauber und gepflegt durch Alfonso übergeben. Bei unserer Anreise gab es beim Luftfahrtunternehmen technische Probleme, so dass wir erst vier Tage später eintrafen. Alfonso hat das alles vor Ort super geregelt, so dass wir trotzdem noch einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten. Danke dafür noch einmal. Garage des Hauses nur für Kleinwagen geeignet, Parken vor dem Haus war zu dieser Zeit kein Problem. Oberhalb des Hauses ist eine neue große Appartementanlage entstanden, deren Zu- und Abgang vermutlich Auswirkungen auf den Verkehr der einzigen und kleinen Straße am Haus haben dürfte. Zu unserer Zeit kaum belegt bzw. noch im Bau.
