It consists of two bedrooms with double bed and French bed, two bathrooms with washing machine and a bathtub, a well equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed and a TV. The living room leads to a large balcony overlooking the Lake Maggiore. The structure has a lift up to the entrance. Parking is free, public near the building along the avenue.

Good value but not as advertised
The apartment is good value for the price. It is comfortable, and the owner is very nice. It has a great view of Lake Maggiore from the balcony, and is a short walk from the train station, the largest supermarket, and the center of Stresa. Visitors should be aware that the apartment has 2 bedrooms, not 3. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has a double bed. The third bed is a rather uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room. Contrary to the description, it does not have a microwave, and the only evidence of bicycles was a sign for a bike rental business in town. The apartment is quite out of date and is in need of updating items such as the very old electrical sockets and the stove.
