Pas de séjour !
Une semaine avant notre départ, j'ai essayé à de multiples reprises de modifier notre date d'arrivée car j'avais fait une erreur. Ce fut IMPOSSIBLE malgré l'accord de l'hôte (M.Casati) . Nous avons dû, l'hôte et moi même, téléphoner à Abritel au moins 10 fois chacun sans réussir à résoudre le problème. J'ai donc perdu 100€ car nous ne pouvions pas séjourner chez M.Casati à cette date. Je suis très mécontente car ça m'a plombé mon budget vacances. M. Casati était pourtant d'accord pour faire la modification demandée sans frais mais Abritel a été incapable de nous aider à régler le problème. Je ne vais pas en rester là si aucune compensation ne m'est accordée. L'hôte, M.Casati pourra également témoigner de ma bonne fois. Merci d'accuser réception de ce message.
