Cortijo Higueras Cómpeta by Ruralidays

Villa situated a private 2700-meter estate, in the town of Competa, with fabulous views over the Natural Park of Sierra Tejeda and Almijara, in the region of La Axarquía, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

This holiday home is divided into a huge dining-living room with fireplace that shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen. It also has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, one with two single beds and the third with three single beds, in addition to a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet. The house is provided with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, as well as electric radiators.

The house is provided with all the facilities, included mosquito nets on windows, a spectacular 150 meter-wide terrace, and a precious swimming pool, from which you will see the towns of Competa and Canillas de Albaida and the peak of La Maroma. In the outdoor area, you will also find an enormous barbecue area and a 400 meter-wide parking.

The access to the house is completely paved, except for the last 200 meters.

Der Pool war super und hat insbesondere den Kindern viel Freude bereitet. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Eine wunderbare Finca mit fantastischer Aussicht und perfekter Mischung zwischen Einsamkeit und Nähe zum Ort. Fahrt zum Meer dauert aufgrund der bergigen Landstraße gute 35 Min, in den Ort rund 10 Min. Toll mit Kindern. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
