Tranquil Modern Villa with Private Salt-Water Pool

This contemporary, adobe-style home is classically decorated and peacefully situated. Spend the days lazing in the sunshine and cooling off in the pool, then sip mojitos in the rooftop bar of the nearby hotel as the sun sets over the horizon.

The recently renovated villa with private heated pool is located in the Salobre Golf Resort, just 8 minutes drive from Maspalomas beach.

A beautiful paradise to enjoy your vacation, where you can experience peace and tranquility along with comfort and privacy. In addition, it has ample spaces and a large terrace with direct views of the golf course.

Pool heating is available for €30 per night of your stay. It must be booked in advance or upon arrival for the whole of your stay. If you book in advance, we will turn it on a day before you arrive (at no extra charge) to warm it up before your arrival.

Schöne Villa mit Blick auf den Golfplatz
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Salobre. Das Haus ist mit allem erdenklichen Zubehör ausgestattet und war in sehr gutem Zustand. Erstaunlich, wie groß man einen Pool auf einem Foto erscheinen lassen kann - ein Blick auf Google Maps schafft hier Klarheit :-) Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten im Vorfeld der Reise einige Besonderheiten zu klären und wurden dabei gut unterstützt. Der Golfplatz, an dem die Villa liegt, ist ca. 12 Autominuten von Maspalomas entfernt. Im Golfgebiet selbst gibt es ein Restaurant und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ein Mietwagen ist für einen Aufenthalt also dringend empfehlenswert. Wir können die Villa Salobre auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Villa? Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte mit miniature Pool. Dies liegt mitten auf dem Golfplatz ab ca. 6:30 Uhr gehts hier jeden Morgen los und zwar nicht mit Golfspielen sondern mit Rasenpflege. Wer es mag.

Una casa preciosa
Nos ha encantado estar en esta casa. El wifi funciona excelente. El aire acondicionado también funciona correctamente. Las camas son cómodas, y la cocina tiene de todo. Los electrodomésticos estan nuevos. El entorno es muy bonito y tranquilo. La ubicación te permite llegar a todas las playas del sur en unos 15-20minutos. La entrada es muy cómoda, pues no hay que ir a ninguna oficina. La llave está en una caja con código en la entrada. La experiencia es para repetir.

Excellent stay in Vista Golf
The property at Vista Golf was exactly as advertised online and the communication with Steven the owner was excellent from booking to check out. We would not hesitate to book again.
